At Off Leash Outlaws, every piece is made-to-order — no dusty warehouse, no bulk bins, no mass-produced nonsense. Your gear is printed fresh the moment you pull the trigger. That means we don’t run a traditional “try it, return it, no worries” setup… and honestly, we’re good with that.

But here’s the deal, outlaw to outlaw:

🔥 If your order shows up misprinted, damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — we fix it. Fast.

Send us a message within 5 days of delivery, drop a photo of the issue, and our crew will ride into action.
If validated, we’ll ship a replacement immediately, no questions, no cost, no hassle.

🔥 Need to ship something back?

If we request the item returned, just get it back to us within 10 days. We’ll cover the rest.

🔥 What we can’t take back

Because everything is custom-made for you the moment you check out, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale items

  • “Changed my mind” or buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong size ordered (seriously — check that size chart like a responsible renegade)
